Meg March's gown for her backyard wedding was effortlessly beautiful with a hint of whimsy.

Meg is the first March sister to marry, much to her sister Jo's dismay, who tells her, "You will be bored of him in two years, and we will be interesting forever," of her husband-to-be on her wedding day in Greta Gerwig's adaptation of "Little Women."

Despite Jo's warnings, Meg goes through with the wedding, wearing a long-sleeve gown with a full skirt.

The dress is stunning in its simplicity, with semi-sheer sleeves, a bow at the waist, and layers of draping on the skirt.

A flower crown and veil give the bridal look the playful feel Gerwig infuses into the March sisters in her movie, so it's perfect for the occasion.
