RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Step Back 80s’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 24th September 2018 to Sunday 7th October 2018 on Heart 80s (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.heart.co.uk/80s/, register their details and answer a multiple-choice question.

4.    Online entry will open on Monday 24th September at 00:00  and close on Sunday 7th October 2018 at 23.59.

5.    One winner will be selected at random from all correct, eligible entrants and will be contacted by phone within 7 days of the competition closing.

Eligibility:

6.     Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

7.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8.    One winner in total will receive £1,000 and two VIP tickets to a Stepback 80s.

9.    The tickets will be for the event of their choice from either the Liverpool show on 28th Oct 2018 at the Liverpool Arena or the Nottingham show on 27th Oct 2018 at the Motorpoint Arena. Each VIP Ticket includes a Stepback goodie bag, Lanyard, Early entry to the VIP area with no queues. The ticket holder will also receive priority seating within the first 5 rows on a first come first served basis. Plus, an after party in the VIP lounge with private bar, no drinks included, until 1am. Please note, the VIP area is open to the acts that have been playing the show. Stepback cannot guarantee any meet and greets.

10.   If the winner can’t attend any of the dates the tickets cannot be exchanged for any other substitute.

11.   The winner will receive their £1,000 cash prize in the form of a cheque. Cheques will be sent to the winner's address and can take up to 28 days to arrive after the date of winning.

12.   Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
